Jags Alter Weekend Schedule

AUGUSTA, Ga. - Augusta State head baseball coach Chris Cooper announced a schedule change Friday to this weekend's Peach Belt Conference series with Francis Marion.

With the weather forecast calling for rain on Sunday, March 28, Cooper moved the twinbill from Sunday to Saturday. The Patriots and Jags will now play a twinbill at Jaguar Field beginning at 1:00 p.m., Saturday afternoon.

The third and final game is slated for Sunday at 12:00 noon.

The Jags (9-19) will take on a Patriot squad that is currently ranked No. 11 in the nation and will enter the three-game league series with a 22-6 overall record.
