2008-09: One of the top players in the nation for the
second straight season … Earned All-South Region honors and
inexplicably missed earning All-America honors for the second
straight season … Fashioned one of the top seasons in
Augusta State Men’s Golf history in his second season in the

Registered a team-best 71.55 stroke average, the fourth-lowest,
single-season stroke average in school history … Led the
squad with eight top-20 and 10 top-25 finishes, including two-top
5’s and five top-10’s … Finished the season
rated No. 10 in the nation by Golfstat … Carded eight rounds
in the 60’s and 18 rounds of par or better … His 18
rounds of par or better ranked as the sixth-most in school history

Aldila Scenic City Invitational, posting a 6-under 210 (74-66-70)

ASU’s next event, the Brickyard Collegiate Championship, to
represent Sweden in the World Amateur Team Championship in
Adelaide, Australia … Tied for 21st at 5-over 293
(74-68-71-80) and helped lead Sweden to a third-place finish, the
country’s best finish ever in the event … Closed out
the fall in the Western Refining All-America Classic in El Paso,
Texas … Booked a 1-under 212 (72-72-68), good for a
ninth-place showing … Opened the spring with a tie for 11th
in the UCF Rio Pinar Invitational, notching a 1-over 217 (74-73-70)
… Tied for 20th at the Schenkel E-Z-GO Invitational at
Forest Heights Country Club in Statesboro, Ga., with a 2-over 218
(71-72-75) … Tied for eighth in the Hootie at Bulls Bay
Intercollegiate, notching a 3-under 210 (71-71-68) … Tied
for 12th in the Administaff Augusta State Invitational at Forest
Hills Golf Club, tallying a 5-under 211 (69-68-74) … Tied
for fourth in the Cavalier Classic, posting a 2-under 70 …
Closed out the season with a 3-under 210 (69-70-71) in the NCAA
Southeast Regional, tying for 23rd in the Red Tail Golf Club in

AS A FRESHMAN IN 2007-08: Burst on the scene with
one of the top freshman seasons in the history of the Jaguar
men’s golf program … Made an immediate impact and
significant contribution in his first year in the program …
Led ASU to a second-place finish in the NCAA East Regional and its
first NCAA Championships appearance since 2005 …. Paced the
team with a 72.39 stroke average … Posted two individual
victories, four top-10 finishes and and six top-20 finishes
… The only Jaguar to play in all 12 events … Led the
squad with 15 rounds of par or better and in rounds in the
70’s (32 of 33) … Also paced the team in countable
round percentage – 31.5 rounds counted out of 32 total rounds
played (.984) … Emerged on the national scene with a victory
in the last tournament of the Fall, the CordeValle Collegiate
hosted by UCLA … Opened the tourney with a four-under 68 and
then played the final 36 holes in one-under 143 (71-72) for a
five-under 211 total … Began the spring with a solo
second-place showing in the General Jim Hackler Championship at TPC
Myrtle Beach in Murrells Inlet, S.C. … Closed out the
regular season with three consecutive top-20 efforts, including his
second victory of the season in the final regular-season event
… Tied for 15th at the Administaff ASU Invitational, tied
for 16th at the Palisades Collegiate Classic and then captured the
Cavalier Classic with a five-under 139 total, including a closing
four-under 68 in the second round … Notched his fourth
consecutive top-20 effort with a third-place finish in the NCAA
East Regional at Council Fire Golf Club in Chattanooga, Tenn.
… Opened with a six-under 65 and followed with rounds of
one-under 70 and four-under 67 for a season-low, 54-hole total of
11-under 202 … At the NCAA Championships, posted rounds of
75-72-73 and was tied for eighth place at 10-over 220, qualifying
