Keeler Inks With Volleyball

AUGUSTA, Ga. – Augusta State head volleyball coach Sharon Bonaventure announced the signing of Jenna Keeler on Thursday.

The 6-2 transfer from Cameron University out of Lawton, Oklahoma played in 92 sets in 34 matches for the Aggies, totaling 108 kills, 52 block assists, and 27 digs in two seasons.

She enjoyed a standout high school career at Plantation High in Plantation, Florida, graduating with a 4.0 GPA and being named to the Sun Sentinel All-County First Team, and the Miami Herald's All-County team in 2009.

"Jenna offers experience at two positions, and versatility is a must-have for any good volleyball team," Bonaventure said. "She will add height and depth to our front line."

The Jaguars return a wealth of experience from last season's squad that advanced to the Peach Belt Conference tournament semifinals, including Freshman of the Year Alex Rohlfing and the top three offensive and defensive threats.
